I provide a free consultation service where we can have a chat about why you are seeking counselling. During this time, you can ask any questions you may have, and I will also ask some standard questions to better understand your situation. The consultation may last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. This will give you a sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you and if you are comfortable with how I can work with you and what I can offer.
